Home sales in Sacramento are increasing; homes in existing neighborhoods such as Land Park, Curtis Park, East Sacramento, River Park and Elmhurst are well priced and selling quickly. In the newer neighborhoods, such as North Natomas and West Sacramento, housing inventory is extremely low, making the buying process very competitive.
There are so many wonderful places to live in Sacramento; I am always delighted to show newcomers the area and help them choose what neighborhood best meets their needs.
Is shopping important to you? Downtown Plaza, Arden Fair, and the Roseville Galleria are all in close proximity. In the Midtown-Downtown areas many special boutiques offer unique items and a delightful shopping experience.
The restaurant scene is evolving all the time and high quality chains - Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Il Fornaio, Scott's Seafood, Joes' Crab Shack, and the newest addition, McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant are all here in Sacramento. Several local restaurants have wonderful offerings: Masons, Zocola, Chicago Fire, Mulvaney's, Biba, Ella, Frank Fats, and Bistro 33 all offer exceptional food and a distinctive atmosphere. Not to worry, you will not go hungry in Sacramento!
